The Role You’ll Play

Your Key Responsibilities

Strategic Mastery

  • Design, Develop, Deliver! Create powerful sales strategies that attract and retain high-value government clients who need what Aerobodies has to offer.
  • Lead the Charge by leveraging our proven lead generation systems to find and secure long-term clients who align with our vision.
  • Think BIG – Collaborate with our President and team to strategize, innovate, and smash financial goals.
  • Be the Brand Ambassador by raising awareness and positioning Aerobodies as THE go-to partner for federal agencies.

Day-to-Day Brilliance

  • Stay Organized: Prepare weekly, quarterly, and yearly reports that show just how much of a superstar you are.
  • Proposal Development: Lead the development of competitive proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and compliance with RFP requirements.
  • Team & Partner Management:Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver winning solutions and drive seamless execution of projects.
  • Be the Visionary: Create quarterly strategic planning reports that set the direction for success.
  • Network Like a Pro: Attend events, connect with decision-makers, and be the face of Aerobodies.
  • Seal the Deal: Make daily sales calls, follow up with prospects, and close those deals!
  • Deliver Excellence: Manage client onboarding and ensure every single interaction with Aerobodies is a win for the client.

Sales Metrics That Matter

You’ll own your sales targets and know exactly how to hit them. Here’s how:

  • Lead Generation: Leverage tools, strategies, and creativity to consistently generate high-quality leads.
  • Lead Conversions: Turn those leads into long-term, satisfied clients by demonstrating the value of Aerobodies’ services.
  • Revenue Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, because your success is Aerobodies’ success.

You’ll track these metrics, report your progress, and continuously improve your performance.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit?

  • You Know the Federal Government: With at least 3 years of experience in federal government operations, you know what makes the sector tick.
  • You’re a People Person: Networking, connecting, and building trust comes naturally to you.
  • You Love Strategy: You see the big picture and know how to make it happen.
  • You’re Data-Driven: Performance reports? Bring them on! You thrive on results and use data to shine.
  • You Bring the Energy: Whether on a call, in a meeting, or at an event, your passion is contagious.
  • You’re Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools, you understand how technology enhances operations and sales.
  • Minimum Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, OR
  • Associate degree plus at least two years of college/university coursework in an industry-related field.
  • Additional Skills for Success

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze RFPs and craft compelling, compliant proposals.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and techniques, including prospecting and client engagement strategies.
