Job Summary

CATH LAB TECH - 4x10 Days
CC: 40102-25120


Certs Required: BLS, ACLS, ARRT, RCIS or RT
Can hold ARRT or RCIS -> does not require both.

Skills Required: Interventional Cath, Cardiac Stent Placement, Scrub, Right & Left Heart catheterization, Rotablader, Thrombectomy, Stents, PCI, ptca and Balloon Angioplasty

Skills Preferred: Cerner, Acute Monitoring, Room Circulator, ACIST, Watchman Procedures, Impella insertion, and (TAVI/TAVR)

One call shift during the weeknight, Monday-Friday and 3-24 hours weekend call shift per month
Ability to function in high paced efficient environment. Must be a team player! 

Scrubs Provided
2 Years Minimum Experience Required
Must have 1 prior travel assignment

• Two (2) Supervisor references required
• Return Staff Policy If a nurse has held previous employment with Medstar, must be gone a minimum of 1 year to return as a traveler.
